There is a profound difference between a smoker who has stopped smoking and a non-smoker. The smoker courageously resists having a cigarette, but the non-smoker cant think of anything worse than smoking. Youve probably heard people who have quit smoking 10 years ago still say Every time I have a beer or coffee I still want a cigarette if you are trying to stop smoking those are very disheartening words to hear!
