Intervention.. find out if gambling gabe is still gambling

He has been trying not to gamble, but every time he relapses, he loses at least $5,000! His parents have totally failed to hold their bottom line. I understand how difficult it must be for them, since he ‘holds them hostage’ with his suicide threats in order to get his huge overdrafts paid. After he went AMA from Algamus, they should not have taken him back as-is. They should have given him the choice of completing treatment or being homeless on the streets of SC. For that matter, they should have petitioned a court to have him hospitalised immediately after the parking-lot incident with his mother, since they could clearly demonstrate that he was a danger to her and himself. I hope that Im wrong, but I dont see a happy ending here.
